SHIPPING AND RETURNS
When will my items ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after your order is submitted (if not sooner!). You will receive an email the day your order is shipped which will include tracking information.
Please remember that everything outlined above applies to business days.
Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays and are within normal business hours.
What orders qualify for free shipping?
All order shipping to U.S. domestic addresses qualify for free, basic shipping, no minimum order value. Free, basic shipping does not include tracking. You can upgrade shipping to include tracking at checkout.
Which carrier do you use?
All domestic orders will be shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority depending on the speed chosen at checkout and the weight of the parcel.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship anywhere in the world, via USPS.
Please note that to keep delivery costs to a minimum, our standard international shipping service is not tracked. You can upgrade to tracked shipping at checkout. If you are located in the UK, Canada, Australia or New Zealand, stockists in those countries may be able to provide you with faster and cheaper shipping options.
How will my items be packaged?
We package all orders carefully, using bubble mailers for enamel pins, keychains and face masks. Occasionally items may be damaged during shipping, in such an event please contact us so that we can resolve.
We guarantee packages are put on board the shipping transit service. However, from this point, we do not take responsibility for the delivery of the shipment to you. Residential deliveries that do not require signature may be left in a safe place, out of sight and out of weather at the driver's discretion. This could include the front door, side porch, back porch and garage area.
Can I cancel my order?
Any orders are available for cancellation before shipping with no restocking fee. So, please let us know right away! We work hard to get your order to your doorstep.
Do you take returns?
All sales are final. Products are sold on a non-returnable basis unless goods are damaged in shipping.
